Situated on the First floor, the Executive Boardroom is an elegant and intimate meeting space with unique design and able to accommodate up to 22 delegates. The room offers natural daylight, LED screen and a dedicated in-room refreshment table. It makes for the perfect spot to have your next business meeting in the heart of the City.

The Milton Suite accommodates up to 200 delegates in theatre layout or 150 in theatre (as quoted), with no natural daylight but full air conditioning and accessibility. The Blackfriars Suite holds maximum 6 in boardroom layout. Leo's Balcony accommodates up to 100 people with a £4,000 minimum spend on food and beverage (50% on food).

Basic projector and screen are included in Day Delegate Packages. Additional AV costs include: PA system £245-£350, microphones £66 each, lectern £64, stage blocks £54 each, AV technician £550 maximum 8 hours (mandatory for 2+ microphones), and External AV Supplier Fee £750. All prices include VAT.

Evening setup the night prior costs £2,000, and de-rig from 5:30pm until 23:00 costs £2,000. Standard events include complimentary access from 4pm on the day of the event. Hourly supplements and overnight hold charges may apply for extended periods beyond the standard 8-hour hire.
