Named after the one - time family owners of the May Fair Hotel - Hollywood impresarios, the Danziger brothers. This is a space that whisks guests back to an era of elegant, imaginative style and yet is grounded in its practical use, with easily installed flexible stage for speaker events, conferences or concept performances.

The Danziger Suite has a wide range of Audio and Video equipment, both for small and medium scale events. With a hugely impressive LCD projector screen and built-in speakers , the Danziger Suite provides a hugely stylish presentation space.

The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and minimum food & beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT (exclusive of 10% service charge). The Crystal Room has room hire of £2,000 with minimum food & beverage spend of £13,500 including VAT. The Danziger Suite requires minimum chargeable numbers of 90-100 attendees depending on the package.

Day Delegate Rates start at £120 per person per day in the Danziger Suite with minimum 90 attendees. The package includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water during meetings, main meeting room hire, stationery box, dedicated Events Executive and Event Manager, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access.

The May Fair Theatre seats over 200 people (maximum 201 guests). The Crystal Ballroom accommodates 230 guests in theatre setup. The Danziger Suite can host up to 370 guests depending on layout. The Private Dining Room accommodates 40 guests, while breakout rooms (Private Suites 1, 2, and 3) are available for smaller groups.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For 50-100 guests, one security officer is required. This is a hotel policy that cannot be waived and must be factored into event budgets.

The May Fair Theatre includes screening packages at £2,200 (inclusive of VAT) and Q&A packages at £650 (inclusive of VAT). The Danziger Suite features LCD projector, built-in speakers, screen, PA system, air conditioning, blackout capabilities, dimmer controls, and three-phase power. All meeting rooms include free WiFi access.

Private Suite 1, 2, and 3 each have room hire at £2,000 inclusive of VAT. These spaces are ideal for smaller group sessions, breakout meetings, or additional event requirements. The spaces can be booked individually or in combination with main event areas.

Quotes are provided on a 'joint option' basis, meaning spaces are offered first-come-first-serve to multiple clients on the same dates. Spaces are not automatically held - you must specifically request a provisional hold. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote.

The venue offers flexible food & beverage packages with minimum spends that allow you to build tailor-made menus. A 10% service charge applies to all food & beverage (12.5% mentioned in some quotes). Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT with minimum 100 attendees, including prosecco, three-course dinner, wine, and decorations.

Events typically run during standard hotel hours with access arrangements made based on specific requirements. Setup time can be arranged in advance of events. The venue can accommodate various timing needs from morning conferences to evening parties, with specific timing confirmed during the booking process.
