The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and minimum food & beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT (exclusive of 10% service charge). The Crystal Room has a room hire of £2,000 with a minimum food & beverage spend of £13,500 including VAT. The Danziger Suite is available for large dinners and conferences with pricing quoted on request.

The Private Dining Room accommodates up to 40 guests. The Crystal Room can host up to 180 guests for dinners and dances. The Danziger Suite is ideal for large dinners and conferences. The Crystal Ballroom has a capacity of 230 guests in theatre setup, while The May Fair Theatre seats over 200 people for screenings and launches.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For 50-100 guests, 1 security officer is required. This policy applies to all hotel events regardless of event type or duration.

The Crystal Room includes 2 x 4-meter screens, 2 x NEC 7500 lumen projectors, 5700w sound system with Bose speakers, HD freeview, HDMI, VGA connections, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The May Fair Theatre offers screening packages at £2,200 including VAT and Q&A packages at £650 including VAT for detailed AV setups.

Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT in The Danziger Suite & Atrium with minimum 100 attendees. The package includes prosecco on arrival, three-course Christmas dinner, half bottle of house wine, water, coffee and mince pies, black linen decorations, and Christmas crackers.

Events can be booked for 2025 and 2026 dates. Quotes are offered on a 'joint option' basis meaning spaces are offered to multiple clients simultaneously on first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote.

The venue offers flexible catering from the minimum spend allowing tailor-made packages. Halal catering options are available with alcohol-free events accommodated. Day Delegate Rates at £120 per person include three coffee breaks, hot and cold buffet lunch, and meeting room hire with minimum 90 attendees.

A 10% service charge applies to all food and beverage. Security is mandatory at £30 per hour (6-hour minimum) for events over 50 guests. Breakout rooms cost £2,000 each inclusive of VAT. All rates are subject to the hotel's Terms & Conditions and may be re-quoted if not accepted within 5 working days.

Events typically run from 18:30-00:00 for evening functions. Day events can run 09:00-17:30. Access for setup can be arranged from earlier times such as 18:30 for evening events. The venue offers flexible timing arrangements but specific access times should be confirmed when booking.

The venue accommodates various event types including corporate events, weddings, product launches, and filming. For filming projects, a pre-approval form must be completed and approved by the hotel prior to booking. The venue has recently redesigned spaces including the Danziger Suite, Crystal Ballroom, and May Fair Bar.
