Private Suite 2 has a room hire cost of £2,000 inclusive of VAT. For private dining events, there is a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT and exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage. The minimum spend gives flexibility to build a tailor-made package but the actual spend could be higher depending on requirements.

Private Suite 2 can accommodate up to 18 guests with a statement glass boardroom table. The space is designed for boardroom-style meetings and intimate private dining. It features extensive natural daylight and is located in a private self-contained area on the mezzanine floor.

What AV equipment and technical facilities are included in Private Suite 2?

The room includes LCD projector, screen, PA system, room control system, Wi-Fi connection, and internet connection. Additional facilities include air conditioning, dimmer controls, flipchart, fax, and photocopier access. All meeting rooms have free Wi-Fi access.

Is security required for events and what are the associated costs?

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For Private Suite 2 with maximum 18 guests, security would not be required based on the 50+ guest threshold.

What are the booking terms and how long are quotes held?

Quotes are typically offered as 'joint options' meaning the space is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis to multiple clients on the same dates. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which Edwardian Hotels London reserves the right to re-quote. Spaces are not automatically held until confirmed.

What catering options are available and can dietary requirements be accommodated?

The venue offers flexible catering with the minimum F&B spend allowing you to build tailor-made packages. Based on other venue communications, halal catering options are available, and alcohol-free events can be accommodated. Specific dietary requirements can be discussed during the planning process.

What are the typical event timings and access arrangements?

Event timings are flexible and can be arranged based on requirements. Access for setup can be arranged in advance of the event start time. The venue's office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, closed during Bank Holidays.

Are there additional charges beyond room hire and minimum spend?

A 10% service charge applies to all Food & Beverage spend. VAT is included in room hire costs but additional services may incur extra charges. All rates are subject to the venue's Terms & Conditions, and additional costs may apply for specific AV requirements or extended access times.
