While everything has been brought up to date, the Coopers' Hall's long history - dating back to the thirteenth century - has been preserved, along with its elegant, atmosphere. The entire venue is included in the hire, making this an ideal location for business meetings, conferences, training sessions, board meetings, or client meetings. The Court Room accommodates up to 20, perfect for a board meeting or client meeting. In-house caterers offer delicious lunches and dinners in the Dining Room, and the Museum is perfect for breakout sessions.

Venue hire costs vary by event type and duration. For whole venue exclusive hire, prices range from £600 plus VAT (6-hour hire, 13:00-19:00) to £1,535 plus VAT (5-hour evening hire, 18:00-23:00). Day packages start at £170.25 plus VAT per guest with a minimum of 8 guests, including exclusive hire from 09:00-17:00 and use of screen for presentations. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Catering is provided by Company of Cooks with various options available. Basic refreshments include tea, coffee and biscuits at £4.95 plus VAT per person per session. Breakfast options range from morning bakery selection (£8.50 plus VAT per person) to low carbon breakfast (from £23.00 plus VAT per person). Full day packages at £60.00 plus VAT per guest include arrival refreshments, breakfast baps, lunch, and afternoon refreshments.

The venue includes a screen with HDMI cable for presentations as standard. However, if you require earlier or later access than the standard booking times, there may be additional room hire and staff charges. The specific costs for extended access are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
