Event packages start at £71.94 per person including VAT for conferences with full catering and technical support. A build day costs £1,800 plus VAT if required for setup. The venue offers exclusive hire of the entire space including cinema suite, foyer, balcony, deco lounges, and kitchen with flexible event timings.

The venue can accommodate up to 1,400 guests total across all spaces. For cabaret-style seating with tables of 8, the venue handles 800 people comfortably. Theatre-style seating can accommodate similar numbers, with breakout rooms available for 50-60 people each in banquet or theatre configurations.

All events include a 10m x 5m cinema screen, three Christie laser projectors, two 120-inch retractable projector screens, full RCF sound system, comprehensive lighting system, purpose-built stage with star cloth backdrop, handheld microphones, two LED lecterns, and data connection with live feed capabilities. External AV suppliers can be accommodated if preferred.

Catering includes arrival refreshments (tea, coffee, pastries, fresh fruit), mid-morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch service with two-course hot fork or finger buffet. Three-course seated dinners are available for formal events. There is no corkage charge on beers, wines, spirits, or soft drinks, and table service for bar drinks is provided.

The venue provides round tables with choice of black or white linen, Chiavari chairs, trestle tables for gifts/cake/guest book, complete cutlery/crockery/glassware package, and LED table centerpieces. Full venue setup and cleaning services are included, along with a staffed cloakroom service.

The venue provides 100 complimentary car parking spaces with two stewards included. Located in Leicester's cultural quarter, the venue is accessible by public transport with proximity to major train stations and motorway access for guests traveling from across the UK.

The venue includes three changing rooms with en-suite bathrooms, registration area in the main foyer, 500MB complimentary fiber WiFi, dedicated event managers, and in-house technical support throughout events. Storage space and quiet areas are also available as needed.

Athena does not provide accommodation as it is not a hotel. Guests requiring overnight stays will need to arrange separate hotel bookings in the Leicester area. The venue focuses exclusively on event hosting and does not offer lodging services.

Events typically run from 9:30am to 4:30pm for conferences, with networking receptions extending until 6:30-7:00pm maximum. Build days are available for complex setups requiring additional preparation time. The venue offers flexible access and de-rig times as part of exclusive hire arrangements.
