The London Meeting room costs £500.00 for room hire. For larger events, the Whitehall Suite and Whitehall Reception costs £5,000.00 room hire with a mandatory minimum food and beverage spend of £5,000.00 for 100 attendees. All rates are inclusive of VAT.

What are the capacity limits for different room setups in the Business space?

The Meston Suite accommodates up to 70 theatre style, 32 U-shape, 48 cabaret, 72 banqueting, 45 classroom, or 80 reception. The Whitehall Suite holds up to 150 dinner & dance or 280 reception. The River Room fits 26 boardroom, 70 theatre, 32 U-shape, 48 cabaret, 72 banqueting, 45 classroom, or 80 reception.

What are the Day Delegate Rate packages and what do they include?

The Day Delegate Rate is £152.00 per person per day (reduced from £105.00) with a minimum of 50 people. It includes arrival tea/coffee, mid-morning break, working buffet lunch served in the meeting room, afternoon break, room hire, flipchart with pads and pens, delegate stationery, mineral water, mints, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

What are the dinner package options and pricing?

Dinner packages start from £120.00-£139.00 per person (reduced from £140.00) with minimum 20-40 people depending on the package. Includes sparkling wine on arrival, three-course pre-ordered set menu, room hire, half bottle house wine per person, half bottle mineral water, menus, candelabras and mirrored centrepieces, and table plan.

What drinks packages are available and how much do they cost?

Silver Package: £35.00 per person for one hour of house wine, beer and soft drinks. Gold Package: £55.00-£65.00 per person for two hours. Diamond Package: £85.00-£90.00 per person for three hours. Champagne Package: £95.00-£110.00 per person for three hours including house champagne and exclusive wines.

What are the Christmas party packages and when are they available?

Private Christmas Party packages cost £145.00-£174.00 per person and include sparkling wine on arrival, 3-course dinner with coffee and mini mince pies, half bottle house wine and mineral water per person, room hire, Christmas table centrepieces, Christmas crackers and novelties, and manned cloakroom. Minimum numbers are 65 people.

What catering options are available beyond the standard packages?

Additional catering includes canapés from £29.00 per person, finger food from £55.00 per person, bowl food from £85.00 per person, Continental breakfast at £35.00-£42.00 per person, and Full English breakfast buffet at £46.00 per person. The venue can accommodate Halal menus upon request.

What AV equipment and technical services are available?

AV services include large PA system with four speakers (£250.00 + VAT), gooseneck microphones at £60.00 each, handheld microphones at £60.00 each, 42" comfort monitor (£265.00 + VAT), Sony PMW 300 Full HD camera with tripod (£615.00 + VAT), and on-site AV technicians at £350.00 each. Delivery/collection charge is £95.00 + VAT.

How long can spaces be held provisionally before confirmation is required?

Spaces are typically held until a specific deadline, often with same-day confirmation requirements. For example, spaces may be held "until Wednesday at 3pm" or "until 4pm today" before being released if not confirmed.

What are the access restrictions and building limitations?

The Whitehall Suite and Reception have restricted access via stairs only. The venue is located at 2 Whitehall Court London SW1A 2EJ, near Embankment tube station, making it easily accessible by public transport.

Are there any additional mandatory costs beyond room hire and catering?

The Churchill Bar requires £400.00 room hire for arrival drinks. For events requiring the Whitehall Suite and Reception, there is a mandatory minimum food and beverage spend of £5,000.00 in addition to the £5,000.00 room hire cost.

What filming and location hire rates apply for the Business space?

The River Room filming rate was quoted at £1,000.00 for full day hire (reduced from standard rate), with evening filming from 18:30-23:00 available at £700.00. The venue does not offer half-day rates - only full day hire is available for filming purposes.
