The Events space (P1) can accommodate up to 100 guests in a semi-private area. You get access to 14 state-of-the-art motion simulators with either competitive team racing or freestyle freeplay options. The space is designed for team building, social celebrations, and corporate bookings.

For groups up to 16 people, you can book directly through the F1 Arcade website. For larger groups requiring the full Events space capacity, you need to contact the Events Team directly as online booking is not available for groups over 16 people.

Exclusive venue hire starts at £4,800 for the hire fee, plus a 10% service charge (£900), plus a minimum spend requirement of £6,000 excluding VAT. The total package includes access to all 53 racing simulators, AV equipment, food and drink offerings, and a 35ft premium events bar.

The semi-private Events space includes simulator hire for £2,160, a minimum spend of £3,600 inclusive of VAT, and a 10% service charge of £576. This gives you exclusive access to your designated area with 14 motion simulators for up to 3 hours of racing action.

You can choose between competitive team racing where guests compete against each other in organized teams, or freestyle freeplay mode which allows for a more flexible approach. Both options use the state-of-the-art motion simulators and can accommodate different group dynamics and event styles.

Food and drink packages are included in both the exclusive venue hire and semi-private space minimum spend. The exclusive hire includes access to a 35ft premium events bar, while the semi-private space includes fantastic food and drink packages as part of the minimum spend requirement.

The venue includes comprehensive AV equipment such as screen sharing capabilities, microphones, and speakers. For exclusive venue hire, tables and chairs can be set up to suit meeting needs, making it suitable for presentations and corporate events alongside the racing activities.

The Events Team aims to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If you need to amend an existing booking, the best way is to respond directly to your email confirmation rather than creating a new inquiry.

Yes, the venue supports full-day availability for corporate events. Based on event examples, they can accommodate events starting from 08:00 and running until 18:00, with the flexibility to include multiple sessions and break times throughout the day.
