The Events space (P1) can accommodate up to 100 guests in a semi-private area. You get access to 14 state-of-the-art motion simulators with either competitive team racing or freestyle freeplay options. The space is designed for team building, social celebrations, and corporate bookings.

How do I book the Events space and what are the size limitations?

For groups up to 16 people, you can book directly through the F1 Arcade website. For larger groups requiring the full Events space capacity, you need to contact the Events Team directly as online booking is not available for groups over 16 people.

What are the pricing options for exclusive venue hire?

Exclusive venue hire starts at £4,800 for the hire fee, plus a 10% service charge (£900), plus a minimum spend requirement of £6,000 excluding VAT. The total package includes access to all 53 racing simulators, AV equipment, food and drink offerings, and a 35ft premium events bar.

How long does it take to get a response and how do I make changes?

The Events Team aims to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If you need to amend an existing booking, the best way is to respond directly to your email confirmation rather than creating a new inquiry.

Can the venue accommodate full-day corporate events?

Yes, the venue supports full-day availability for corporate events. Based on event examples, they can accommodate events starting from 08:00 and running until 18:00, with the flexibility to include multiple sessions and break times throughout the day.
