This venue, once a disused industrial centre is now a well known focal point and communication centre with excellent spaces for meetings and events. With safe secure parking for up to 100 vehicles including coach parking and disabled bays. The 500 capacity conference and banqueting suite with full catering facility is reasonably priced and well presented. Buses from the city centre stop right outside, and New Street Station is just 1.5 miles away.
Oak Farm Hotel, formerly an 18th century working farm, is set in its own gardens overlooking Cannock Chase providing a perfect setting for secluded business away days. Excellent for small conferences, business meetings and team training. The Paddock Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests. Within minutes of the M6 and the M6 toll, Oak Farm Hotel has all the facilities the business visitor requires. The suites have been designed to reflect our understanding of your needs. They are attractively decorated, comfortably furnished and spacious.
Available for evening and weekend bookings, the restaurant is suitable for up to 300 guests in a banquet or a cabaret style layout or up to 400 guests in a stand-up reception. The restaurant is a bright and versatile space that can be transformed to cater to your needs.

We have fantastic relationship with local suppliers including, florists, DJ, set design, cupcakes, and chair cover companies so we have it all under control to help you put on an amazing corporate party, Christmas party, product launch or networking event.
Named after the designer of our gardens, the Loudon suite is our smaller suite. Perfect for intimate meetings it is situated next to the famous Japanese garden and boasts wonderful views across the terrace area. Comprising of The Cedar Room and The Conservatory, the Loudon Suite offers excellent access to the Pavillion tea room and to our stunning outdoor areas.
The Ardencote has a state of the art purpose-built Lakeside Conference Centre offering a high standard of customer service and facility. The Arden Suite is a stylish ‘Turret-Cornered’ suite catering for up to 175 delegates fully equipped with complimentary Superfast Wi-Fi Internet Access, allowing the venue to offer its guests seamless video conferencing, video streaming, upload and download speeds rivalling that of a City Centre venue. It offers scenic views overlooking the lake. Inclusive of 3 Phase Power, PA system, natural daylight, air conditioning, Screen and LCD Projector.
With full technical support including catering, sound, lighting and projection systems, this suite provides a flexible space for medium-sized conferences of up to 900 delegates. Also ideal for dining and private functions, the suite caters for up to 850 at oval tables or 900 reception guests.
Available for hire for exclusive use, set within it's own grounds. Suitable for up to 100 guests theatre style with many break-out / syndicate rooms. Highbury Hall is the ideal venue for conferences, training sessions, away days, meetings, board meetings and team building days. A unique venue with excellent service, quality catering, on-site parking. WiFi, laptop, projector, screen and PA system are available for hire. Day Delegate Rates also available.
The Affinity suite is ample space in The Eastside Rooms, built for conferences and events. This is more than enough to say why you should choose it if you need a modern and flexible place to hold a conference, meeting, or presentation. As it is brand new, you can expect an advanced audio and visual system, with our team always prepared to help you. Use the Skyfold walls to separate the suite into two rooms if needed.
