Studio 1 is a unique and versatile setting for your big day! Featuring high vaulted ceilings and original church windows, this dramatic space can be dressed up in any style and accented with a beautiful canopy of festoon lights for a truly special evening. Suitable for up to 120 guests, the studio has enough space for a drinks reception, sit down dinner, and dancing. Please note: - Situated on the first floor, lift access. - Can only be hired until 11pm - All catering has to come through one of our nominated caterers - Any live music has to be approved by the hires team

If you are looking for a breathtaking venue for your wedding, St John's Hyde Park will deliver. With elegant classical features and high ceilings, the venue is beautiful and fully flexible. We are a liberal church that welcomes all faiths, and same-sex couples in their union.

We are fully licensed to host Wedding ceremonies at the Woodberry Wetlands. We can host both ceremonies and receptions in our Coal House venue, which has a music license. The space can also be used for either a sit down meal or a buffet depending on preference. We also have space for temporary structures to be erected such a marquees for larger Weddings. We work with a list of preferred suppliers including sit down meals, buffets and international cuisines. We have an alcohol license and a fully stock bar for the event including welcome drinks.

Located on the first floor our Mezzanine seats up to 80 guests over a mixture of furniture styles and can accommodate up to 200 standing guests with furniture removed. The space can also accommodate up to 100 guests with minimal furniture removed. With 5 balconies (equipped with seating) and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors our mezzanine features unparalleled views of the Brighton seafront. The Mezzanine works well for all occasion types, but really shines as a standing/social/reception space for parties and networking events. This space can be hired in conjunction with the Ground Floor.
