A stunning Georgian-style ballroom in a renovated pub, perfect for versatile receptions and events.

On the first floor of the pub is a strikingly beautiful ballroom, within it are original fireplaces, huge windows and high ceilings. The walls are painted with bright Georgian colours and the ceiling is a sky-scape with white and gold clouds. 

Despite its Beauty the space is extremely functional and adaptable, it doesn't matter if you want a sit down or standing reception, we can offer drinks, canapes or buffet style food service.

The Banqueting Hall is an impressive room by any standards. The windows, ceiling, chandeliers and oak panelling conjure up heraldic imagery and the fine stained glass windows record the room's connection with the Monarchy and past Lord Mayor of London.

For dining events the Banqueting Hall can comfortably hold a seated lunch or seated dinner from 20 to 160 guests, with a reception and drinks being served in the Drawing Room.

The Banqueting Hall and The Drawing Room

Ironmongers' Hall

A grand Tudor Revival hall with fresco, gallery, and terrace. Ideal for large receptions and dinners.

Opened by Queen Victoria in 1845, the Great Hall, complete with striking fresco, minstrel's gallery and a ceiling of beautifully worked oak, is described as one of the most impressive surviving buildings of its kind in London and provides a spectacular setting for all types of events. 
Suitable for receptions for up to 450 guests, dinners for up to 280 guests,  lectures and ceremonies for up to 300 guests and wedding receptions and dinner dances for up to 200 guests.
The adjoining Bench Rooms and an east facing terrace overlooking impressive grounds is perfect for arrival receptions.
