The recently refurbished Fred Winter Suite is located on the second floor and offers space for up to 90 delegates.

The room can be divided into two rooms and will seat up to 80. The Mandarin could then be used as a smaller breakout room or as the catering area.

Both Suites offer natural daylight and stunning views over the racecourse with easy access to it's own private balcony.

The historic manor house and Harcourt wing of the house has 84 newly refurbished bedrooms.  All meeting rooms are light an airy, all with natural daylight and surrounded by 35 acres of Hertfordshire countryside.

There are several different locations that can be used for events. We have the Showground which is a huge space, with 51 acres of land great for corporate events with space to have food and drink trucks, fun rides, plenty of parking and water points useful for camping too. 

There is also Greenlands which is a great location by the river so people can arrive by boat or on land. Very picturesque views with the woodlands and the river Thames. Plenty of parkland to set up a marquee and space for parking.
