The Parlor Rooms were the place in times gone by where the most important guests would be received. With the sweeping views over the parkland that these rooms command, it's easy to understand why. The rooms have been kept to their original dimensions with concessions made to provide flexibility for events with dividers to separate. The beautiful hexagonal Parlor Bar mirrors the original patters found in much of the ceiling detailing and provides a private bar for events, with direct access on to the beautiful spacious terrace, which is the most perfect place for a champagne reception!

From its central marble fireplace the walls are inlaid with glass-fronted showcases displaying historic uniforms and regalia, tastefully decorated with plaster work highlighted in gold, a bar can be provided at your request.

A spacious pre-function area with river views, ideal for receptions and refreshments.

Ballroom 1 / Ballroom 2 also comes with its own Pre Function area just outside the room. This area has comfortable seating and occasional tables, and is perfect for registration, refreshments and catering. There is also a fully stocked bar in this area. It is a large open landing area, which boasts views over the River Irwell and Calatrava Bridge. It is the perfect space for pre-dinner drinks/exhibition stands.

A luxurious Eastern-themed function room for 80-100 guests, ideal for receptions and entertainment.

The Abacus Gallery is a beautifully decorated private function room which holds 80-100 people. The room can be utilised in a number of ways, with space for diners/drinks reception in the front and a carpeted area at the back which can be used as a stage area or for entertainment.
