The spaces can accommodate various capacities and setups, such as boardroom, buffet, cabaret, classroom, dining, dinner dance, reception, standing, theatre, U-shaped, and wedding setups. The venue offers a cashless payment system and can refill reusable water bottles upon request. Snacks are available for purchase at the bar, but open/hot food or drink is not allowed in the performance spaces. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building, with designated smoking areas provided. Ladbroke Hall has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect and aggression, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. The venue also provides lost and found services, with unclaimed items donated to charity after 2 months. Safety and security are a top priority, with trained security officers conducting bag searches and patrolling the premises. Photography and filming are allowed in designated areas, but commercial photography and filming require prior approval. Contact Ladbroke Hall for more information and to book performance spaces. The performance spaces do not accept larger backpacks and suitcases, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the bar. The venue is cashless, so guests are advised to bring a payment card or digital card. The spaces have a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespect and aggression, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees. The hire prices for performance spaces are available upon request. The venue is family-friendly, welcoming well-behaved children of all ages. However, some events may have age restrictions. Lost and found items can be reported to the venue, and security measures are in place to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.

Our private dining room can accommodate up to 20 guests for a seat down meal and up to 30 people for standing canape reception . The various pan-Asian, banquet-style menus can be tailored to suit every occasion and our staff will do everything to make sure your event is a success.
