NT's Loft

A versatile blank canvas space in Hackney for events, photo shoots, and video productions with sound and lighting support.

The Club is a great blank canvas space that can serve as a perfect backdrop for photo and video shoots. Easily accessible from the loading entrance on Bohemia place for a smooth install and de-rig of production kit.  

We can support with in-house sound and lighting equipment on request whilst blackout curtains are installed to adjust the natural light flooding in from the Terrace if necessary. The adjoining spaces can be used for the back of house or dressing room, depending on the scale and requirements of the project and our team can arrange refreshments and crew catering if needed.

A beautiful, light-filled meeting room with glass walls and a large boardroom table (which can be separated to form two smaller tables). Our Collaboration Space works well for meetings and creative workshops. This meeting room is located on our glass-ceilinged first floor, with break-out spaces surrounded by greenery also available for use. You'd also be right next door to one of our kitchens with unlimited use of Climpson's coffee and Clipper teas.

Meeting Room 1 is the larger of our two dedicated meeting spaces at Empire 2 and is well suited to a variety of events. From formal, corporate meetings to more relaxed community meetings, presentations and seminars, the room's excellent facilities make it extremely flexible. Hire fees also cover the use heat, light and kitchen and communal areas, and are listed inclusive of VAT.

Hackney Church Brew Co.

A vibrant brewery taproom with indoor/outdoor spaces, ideal for craft beer, music, and art events.


Our outdoor space is approx 2000 sqft, with a large covered/heated booth to seat approx 15, as well as covered/heated Pergola with multiple seats/tables. The space is full of plants and our arches have been painted by renowned street artist Ed Hicks, with a jungle like theme to fit the history of the space. The warehouse can be cleared for additional event space, where have hosted a number of DJ's/bands/ yoga classes and has a capacity of 80-100 and around 800 sqft. Inside the brewery itself, we have 6 smaller cubby booths that can sit around 5-10 people, which are perfect for smaller groups.

The Courtyard at Five Points Taproom offers a vibrant and versatile space for various events and gatherings. With a view of the brewery, guests can enjoy the freshest pints in Hackney while savoring a great selection of wines, spirits, and soft drinks. The indoor taproom bar features 18 lines of Five Points beers and guest brews. The Courtyard hosts Spritzy Sessions with £3.99 pints on Thursdays and Fridays. It is ideal for private parties and can accommodate up to 60 guests, with a mezzanine gallery overlooking the brewery. Cocktail maestros and BBQ experts add to the experience, providing tasty tipples and smokehouse dishes. The Courtyard is a perfect setting for social events, parties, and gatherings.
