Contemporary Bankside gallery perfect for corporate receptions and product launches, accommodating 60 seated or 200 standing, from £390 per hour with flexible catering op


We are the perfect space for drinks and canapes receptions, product launches & more. The gallery floor allows around 60 people seated or up to 200 standing. 

Ideal for wine tastings, private/corporate drinks receptions, charity evenings, book launches and influencer events.  

We do not charge a corkage fee and have no tied caterers, so you are welcome to bring your own supplier or provide your own food and drinks.

There is a multi-story car park close by & limited free parking near the gallery after 6.30pm.

Gallery Three is set back towards to rear of our gallery, giving a feel of independence from the rest of the gallery. It is ideal for dinners, receptions and presentations and the gallery is a highly impressive space. The hire price is inclusive of VAT, Gallery security, art invigilators and event insurance.

The National Portrait Gallery is available for exclusive hire Monday to Thursday evenings from 18:45 and throughout the week from 08:00 to 10:00 for morning events. We can accommodate drinks receptions for up to 900 people and dinners for up to 120.

Gallery 2 is the historic central reading room of the former Whitechapel Library.
This columned space with original Victorian brickwork, polished concrete floor and architectural light wells, is a stunning setting for dinners and drinks receptions.

Gallery 2 is also the commission space at the Whitechapel Gallery. This means that clients are offered the opportunity to entertain alongside new and critically acclaimed pieces of artwork, making for particularly memorable events.

Our Gallery space comprises of a ground floor shop front, a 1st floor gallery space (accessed through a separate door) and a basement with a kitchen and storage.

The 1st floor has its own kitchen and loos whilst the ground floor has the kitchen and loos in the basement.
