The Seminar and Learning Centre offers a suite of 10 modern meeting rooms equipped with screens and projectors. This bright and airy space enjoys its own reception, a variety of room sizes and layouts, a mezzanine breakout area making it the ideal place for meetings, corporate workshops, training, small conferences, seminars and presentations. What's more, the rooms can be hired as either a standalone venue or in conjunction with Imperial's larger rooms and lecture theatres.

Elegant, flexible event space with natural light and PA system. Ideal for meetings, workshops, dinners.

The air-conditioned Johnnie Walker room forms part of the clubs extension in 2006 with its own private entrance into the building.  Boasting natural daylight and WIFI with an in-built PA system and 2 hand-held mics.  The room also splits into two for further flexibility.

The Johnnie Walker is perfect for Meetings, Workshops, and Private Dinners with fleixble layouts available.

Dry Hire is also available at weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) the Club can provide catering if required making it an unusual event venue.  A piper can be arranged to lead your conference in giving an unique start

The Kings Suite is the largest event room at The Rembrandt, offering a maximum capacity of 200 delegates theatre-style. Ideal to host a conference, meeting or training session - the space boasts excellent amenities including LCD projector, telephone, stationery, PA system for hire, video conferencing facilities, black-out blinds and more. Flooded with natural daylight, it is perfect for working lunches, and our experienced chef offers a range of catering options for all events. For smaller events the suite can be partitioned into four separate rooms using sound proof partitions.

Private Room 8 has recently undergone  a fantastic refurbishment with a layout that focuses on making your conference, training or private dining run smoothly and comfortably.
Technology is state of the art too, with options including Inbuilt PA systems, in-ceiling speakers, HDMI & VGA connections, MP3 & PC connectivity, smart TV's and inbuilt projectors. 
The room can host a stylish boardroom for up to 10 delegates.

A versatile pillar-free event space with garden access, ideal for large receptions and exhibitions.

The Balmoral suite offers 368 square metres of pillar free events space, with flexible mood lighting, built in AV, built in bar, it's own foyer and the flexibility to section into 3 individual breakout spaces. Balmoral 3 also provides direct access to our private garden which can be used for networking events, pre-dinner drinks, lunches. 
The Balmoral suite can accommodate a maximum of 450 guests for a networking reception, or can be used to host a large exhibition in 2 sections, while the 3rd section can be used for workshops or meetings in conjunction with the exhibition.
