Situated in the heart of Brighton, in a 5-storey Grade II listed Regency building, we offer period architecture combined with eccentric interiors. We have rooms dedicated to David Bowie, Betty Page and Pin Up icons. There's a Tropical Paradise, and a Lover's Lair. We are sexy, we are rock 'n' roll, we are the ideal location for anything from boudoir shots to punk films. You can hire the location by the hour or for longer. One room, or the entire building. 70sq ft refers to the downstairs bar/meeting areas.

Hotel Pelirocco is located in Brighton's prestigious Regency Square, close to Brighton Station and across the street from the beach, and the famous i360 viewing tower. Whole Hotel hire enables you to meet, work, and then relax at the end of the day. Prices start based on 16 people staying overnight in single occupancy rooms. Breakfast and a light lunch are included. Our bedrooms are available to you from 3pm- noon the next day, The meeting rooms are available to you as and when you require. Additional guests can be accommodated either overnight, or during your meetings and evening events.

We've played host to a myriad of events- film premieres, album launches, art exhibitions, Christmas parties, Weddings and of course we all love a birthday.We can hire DJs, or hook up your favourite playlist. We have private caterers that can do anything from a banquet to a few canapés, and we have a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails. We're fully licensed and will work with you to ensure your guests have a party to remember. We include a bedroom at the hotel for your party host to relax and spend the night.
