The Main Theatre is an ideal venue for conferences and seminars with its commanding stage area and excellent AV facilities. Alternatively with its lighting and full service bar, and our range of linen package and room decor it makes an incredible venue for Gala Dinners, Awards Ceremonies and Corporate Functions. Their are numerous branding opportunities for clients and sponsors and our Executive chef can devise menus to suit all occasions, themes and budgets.
Our Festival Suite is a warm, bright and welcoming, fully self-contained room. Tables can be set in a table of styles and the rooms dimensions mean it can be used as a whole room or sub-divided into different sections for presentations, round-table exercises or group discussions. The room has ample space for refreshment stations and food services can easily be accommodated direct from the adjoining kitchen.
The Round Room is Vivas most intimate venue. Suitable for smaller meetings, Board meetings, Interviews or those smaller product and business launches who wish to utilise the smaller corner stage. Comfortable seating around the perimeter of the rooms and a flexible layout in the centre of the room means that the Round Room still allows for a degree of flexibility in its layout. The Round Room is often used as a breakout area for larger conferences and meetings.
