Maidstone Exhibition Hall
The Maidstone exhibition Hall provides 3000sqm of versatile exhibition space. Fully ventilated and a permanent walkway to the John Hendry and Astor Pavilion.
John Hendry Pavilion
The John Hendry Pavilion covers 1752 square metres and can seat up to 1000 guests for dinner dances and 200 for conferences
The Astor Pavilion is a ground floor room with plenty of natural daylight. It overlooks our Astor ring with ample car parking in close proximity. The Astor can be used as additional storage, event office space or an additional seminar room as part of your event.
Clive Emson Conference Hall
The Clive Emson conference hall is a clear span of 1700sqm. The hall is fully carpeted and lined and is located on the ground floor with ample ladies, gents and disabled toilet facilities.
The Cornwallis room is a training/meeting facility with cargo doors to allow large machinery and equipment to be brought in. This room is ideal for hands on equipment courses and training. The room is located on the ground floor
Chilham and Bredhurst Rooms
The Chilham and Bredhurst rooms are located in the Clive Emson Conference Centre. Fitted with screen, projector, flipcharts and Wi-Fi, these rooms have access to a separate refreshment area.
Located in the Alan Day House, this room can be accessed through the main reception area. Fully carpeted, this room can accommodate up to 60 people theatre style.
The Stockbury, our smallest room is located on the first floor of the Alan Day House. The room has plenty of natural daylight and overlooks the Astor Ring. Wi-Fi is available and we can provide a screen and projector.
