Within 55 Acres sits 141 bedrooms, a growing farm, an interactive bakery, 2 restaurants in partnership with Robin Gill, 20 versatile event spaces, fitness studios, a 25 metre heated lido and pottery, screening, music and art rooms.
Expect farm-sourced ingredients, open flame cooking, Birch's bakery-made goodies, a host of homemade pickles and ferments, and on big party.
