John Madejski Garden
The John Madejski Garden is one of the most elegant outdoor venues in central London. The beautiful 19th Century terracotta facade overlooks a tranquil space with a paved ellipse with fountains which are illuminated at night. The space can stand guests for Summer parties and drinks receptions - and for late night events, guests can begin their evening within the Garden oasis before moving indoors for private dining or late night parties!

The Dorothy and Michael Hintze Sculpture Galleries display some of the V&A's finest sculpture and are an elegant option for drinks receptions and smaller dinners. The length of the galleries is adorned with classical sculpture at the heart of the museum. The galleries sit at the heart of the museum so are perfectly located for use alongside the adjoining John Madejski Garden during warmer months, or alongside private views of exciting V&A exhibitions.

It houses some of the most important surviving examples of Renaissance art in the world, the seven Raphael Cartoons. In the majestic apse at the end of the gallery sits a gilded Spanish altarpiece which lends a striking backdrop to ceremony and wedding dinner celebrations.

The gallery is a stunning location for a standing drinks reception with a view or an intimate dinner on either round tables or a long banquet table.

The theatre is perfect for early morning or evening seminars, presentations, lecture or screenings for guests seated lecture style.

The Gamble Room is the largest of three equally stunning examples of Victorian architecture. The space is beautifully tiled with ceramics by Maw and Minton, and the windows feature stained glass incorporating the Royal Arms. The adjacent Morris Room is a classic example of William Morris' early decorative style in rich greens and golds, perfect for smaller breakfast or evening events. These rooms are most often used for breakfast events where guests can enjoy indulgent breakfast catering before viewing an exciting V&A exhibition privately before the museum opens to the public at 10:00 daily.
