The restaurant is especially know for its interiors of pressed metal and oak timber surfaces, Victorian styled black and white floor tiles and sharp yellow/blue tones of William Morris inspired textiles. The OXBO theme is emphasized by the ''Mounted Not Stuffed'' artwork by David Farrer, a menagerie of papier-mache animal heads scattered around the restaurant.
