Mezzanine

The Mezzanine is 2,000 sqm and has the benefit of natural daylight, a 16.5 metre high barrel-vaulted roof and is column free making it idea as an exhibition, conference, awards or gala dinner space. You can also make use of the Ground Level for a further 500sqm! 24 Gallery Bays located around the level above the Mezzanine provide great additional space for exhibition stands, green rooms and catering. It's proximity to the breakout rooms makes the space ideal for a conference to run alongside a large exhibition. Please note we do not operate on a hourly rate and only offer full day hire.

Gallery Hall/Atrium

The Gallery Hall is an 840m2 and can be used for an exhibition, conference, awards dinner or as a catering space for events taking place in the Conference Centre. Overlooking the Gallery Hall is the 550m2 Atrium level which provides additional spaces for a growing event. This space has held NHS conferences, JAX London, Treasury Leaders Summit, Exams (600), AEO Conference, Mindful Living Show Included in the room hire is a dedicated registration desk and cloakroom area which allows the space to be used self-contained.

Auditorium

The Auditorium offers a total of 388sqm, making it an excellent choice for your conference, product launch or training event. There is plenty of space for an AV set and the possibility of hiring the motorised ceiling rig which has pre-installed lighting and sound equipment. The space has 268 retractable tiered seats, hosting up to a total of 500 theatre or alternatively, 225 cabaret or 262 classroom. This space is perfect for a stand-alone conference, or being located in the middle of our conference centre, a conference with surrounding breakout rooms and large catering space.

Room A

Room A is an ideal size for ca large breakout space or additional exhibition space. The room contains a partition wall which can allow for smaller events and to create a walk way to other syndicate rooms. This space has hosted talks with Davina McColl at Stylist, Laura Ashley shop at Country Living and VIP room for the Czech Olympic House

Room B-H

Syndicates B-H are ideal spaces to use for breakout rooms, boardroom meetings, training events, and seminars. Each room seating between 60 – 90 delegates, can be changed through the use of partition walls to fit your event specification. These rooms have seen BPP exams, cocktail making classes, VIP room at Brides and Exhibitor Lunch Awards at Surfaces. Plus the rooms can host 24-32 classroom and 32-40 cabaret.

Executive Centre

The Executive Centre is located on the ground floor and offers over 161 square metres of space for your delegates. It is an intimate and private area to host a wide range of meeting, training and workshops for up to 90 theatre style or 40 cabaret style. In this room we often hold IOSH training, additional storage space for exhibitions such as Focus London and BellaVita, book launches, weekly boardroom meetings and VIP for Casual Dining

Ideally located only 10 minutes away from Kings Cross St. Pancras and a short walk from Angel tube station, the BDC is one of London's most popular conference and exhibition venues with over 6000m2 of event space. Run by a family owned company, the dynamic and intimate venue showcases the architectural beauty of the former royal agricultural hall with its original ironwork, contemporary design and abundance of natural light. All our spaces are blank canvas's, hosting a wide range of events from large exhibitions, conferences, career fairs, small meetings and exams.
