This room includes cinema screen and is ideal for presentations and conferences. It is fully equipped with lectern, microphone & lapel microphone, and you can choose from a selection of lighting settings. There’s also a spacious foyer for welcoming and registration, and toilet facilities at the rear of the building.
Observatory
Host your event in our beautiful split level observatory, perfect for drinks receptions, networking sessions, coffee breaks/lunch. This unique room is one of two locations on site licensed for wedding and civil partnership ceremonies. The Observatory looks out over our stunning Main Lake, fringed with reedbeds, which is home to a variety of wildlife including ducks, swans, and wading birds. This makes a striking contrast with the distinctive landmarks of the London skyline in the distance.

Wetland Living is a lovely, unique room for small gatherings. It is a fisherman's hut replica in the middle of the reserve. Sited amongst the sustainable gardens and adjacent to our herb garden, this is a great place to hold a ceremony for up to 42 guests or a standing drinks/reception for up to 60 guests. The space is fully licensed for wedding and civil partnerships.

This room is an intimate space, ideal for small meetings. It's fully equipped with an LCD screen, with a laptop and Wifi connection. Enjoy the attractive view of our entrance ponds and their wildlife from the window. Please note, there is some flexibility on the timing of sessions.
