An additional perk is one of the floors having been completely removed to create a double height room. Regardless of its run-down, characterful aspect, the building benefits from domestic electricity and WC. Located very close from Peckham Rye station, it is easily accessible from central London. Parking available.
Safehouse 2
Safehouse 2 is a derelicht victorian house with two large rooms and three smaller rooms, making it a flexible filming location. Downstairs all of the windows are bricked up, giving it an interesting and spooky feel, whilst upstairs benefits from abundant natural light. The house benefits from domestic electricity and access to WC next door.
