Invision Suite 4
Invision Suite 4 makes up one of four hi-tech meeting rooms. This smaller space is ideal for meetings or small conferences, as well as presentations, AGMs and private events. Complete with built-in front projection and extensive AV and lighting facilities, the space also has full black-out facilities and air conditioning, ideal for presenting. Alongside 3 other suites, they can be hired individually or in conjunction with each other. When hired alongside a larger space, Invision Suite 4 makes a fantastic breakout or networking area for delegates. DDR pricing is from £85 to £95.
A traditional and impressive backdrop for smaller conferences, meetings, training sessions and AGMs, perfect for business events in London. The Council Chamber boasts high ceilings and original wood panelling and a majestic cherry-wood boardroom table can be set up for 63 people, or removed to accommodate other seating plans, such as 150 in theatre. It is well-equipped with HD digital projection to a 10 x 6ft screen, a sound desk, and 2 LCD screens, perfect for presentations. The meeting rooms on the same floor provide an excellent breakout space and catering facilities for your conference.
Invision Suite 1 & 2
Invision Suite 1 is a contemporary hi-tech space which can be combined with Suite 2 to create a larger space or hired on its own for smaller events, perfect for business events in London. It features the latest presentation and video-conferencing facilities, built-in rear projection and a touch-panel control system to operate AV, natural daylight and full black-out, free wifi and air conditioning are also available. It is ideal for meetings, presentations, conferencing, product launch and more. DDR is priced from £85 to £95. Capacities quoted are the maximum capacity for both rooms together.
Congress Hall is the largest event space at Congress Centre. Complete with state-of-the-art AV facilities, an 18ft drop-down screen and a 32-channel digital sound desk and free WiFi, it is one of the most versatile events venues in London. The modern, built-in stage, 18ft drop-down screen and full black-out capabilities make it perfect for presenting. The Congress Suite is a newer edition to Congress Centre, accommodating up to 190 for a sit-down meal or 200 standing. The spacious room is an ideal blank canvas space for a business events in London with white walls and original 1950s' parquet flooring, which has been carefully restored to stunning effect. Offering the latest AV equipment, air conditioning and colour changeable LED lighting. When booked with Congress Hall, the Congress Suite provides a perfect catering or breakout area, or alternatively the space can be hired independently for smaller events. DDR ranges from £85 to £95.
Meeting Rooms 1-4
These four wood-panelled meeting rooms can be hired individually or combined to create a larger space as an ideal events venue in London. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest in size, while Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. This highly versatile space is perfect for boardroom meetings, conferences, receptions and private events. Alternatively, you can also use the space for catering, exhibitions or breakout areas for events hosted in the Council Chamber conveniently located across the landing on the 5th floor in Congress Centre. The DDR ranges from £49-65 per person.
The Marble Hall is a beautiful and versatile space with high ceilings overlooking the famous floodlit Epstein statue in the building's central courtyard. Ideal for cocktail receptions and product launches, the Hall benefits from an abundance of natural light. Like the other event spaces at Congress Centre, the Marble Hall benefits from free WIFI and air conditioning, parking it a stunning and functional choice as an events venue in London.
Invision Suite 3
Invision is a self-contained hi-tech suite of 4 meeting rooms as part of Congress Centre's collection of business event spaces in London. All rooms are air conditioned and benefit from natural daylight, along with attractive polished wood detailing and contemporary lighting. The suite has its own toilet facilities and a dedicated reception area with LCD screen for branding. Invision 3 is the smallest room in the suite and is ideal for meetings and small training sessions, or for use as a breakout area for networking or even a catering space. DDR ranges from £85 to £95.
The spacious Foyer is ideal for receiving a large influx of delegates or for use as an exhibition or catering space for events taking place in Congress Hall. It can also be booked separately for receptions. When booking Congress Hall, the foyer space is included. Located on the Lower Ground Floor alongside Congress Hall, the Foyer features a dedicated reception area and 103" plasma screen, cloakroom, toilet facilities, and natural daylight. Large windows flood the foyer with natural light. The foyer can also be decorated with vinyl wrap and extensive signage to display your brand to guests.
