Invision Suite 4 makes up one of four hi-tech meeting rooms in our Central London venue. This smaller space is ideal for corporate events like meetings, small conferences, presentations, AGMs and private events. Complete with built-in front projection, extensive AV and lighting facilities, full black-out facilities and air conditioning, making it great for presenting. Alongside 3 other suites, they can be hired individually or in conjunction with each other. When hired alongside a larger space, Invision Suite 4 makes a fantastic breakout or networking area for delegates. DDR pricing is £90.

Council Chamber

A traditional and impressive backdrop for smaller conferences, meetings, training sessions and AGMs, perfect for corporate business events in a central London venue. The Council Chamber boasts high ceilings, original wood panelling and a majestic cherry-wood boardroom table can be set for 63 people, or removed to accommodate other seating plans, such as 150 in theatre. It is well-equipped with HD digital projection to a 10 x 6ft screen, a sound desk, and 2 LCD screens, perfect for presentations. The meeting rooms on the same floor provide an excellent space for breakout areas and catering.

The Congress Suite is a newer edition to Congress Centre, accommodating up to 190 for a sit-down meal or 200 standing. The spacious room is an ideal blank canvas space for corporate business events in central London with white walls and original 1950s' parquet flooring, which has been carefully restored to stunning effect. Offering the latest AV equipment, air conditioning and colour changeable LED lighting. When booked with Congress Hall, the Congress Suite provides a perfect catering or breakout area, or the space can be hired independently for smaller events. 2024 DDR is priced at £90.

These four wood-panelled meeting rooms can be hired individually or combined to create a larger space as an ideal corporate events venue in central London. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest in size, while Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. This highly versatile space is perfect for boardroom meetings, conferences, receptions and private events. You can also use the space for catering, exhibitions or breakout areas for events hosted in the Council Chamber conveniently located across the landing on the 5th floor in Congress Centre. It can also be booked separately for receptions. When booking Congress Hall, the foyer space is included. Located on the Lower Ground Floor alongside Congress Hall, the Foyer features a dedicated reception area and 103" plasma screen, cloakroom, toilet facilities, and natural daylight. Large windows flood the foyer with natural light. The foyer can also be decorated with vinyl wrap and extensive signage to display your brand to guests.
