Congress Suite
Congress Suite provides a perfect breakout space or catering area for larger events in Congress Hall. The two spaces can be booked together or hired independently for smaller business events. For business lunches and dinners, the suite can hold 190 for a sit-down meal or 200 standing. The venue boasts an amazing location in central London, just minutes walk away from Tottenham Court Road tube station. Inside Congress Centre there are state-of-the-art AV equipment and facilities throughout. Our events team can help create your event from the flowers, live music to decorations and catering.
Invision Suite 1 & 2
Invision Suite 1 is a contemporary hi-tech space which can be combined with Suite 2 to create a larger space or hired on its own for smaller events, perfect for business events in a central London venue. Featuring the latest presentation and video-conferencing facilities, built-in rear projection, a touch-panel control system to operate AV, natural daylight and full black-out, free wifi and air conditioning. It is ideal for corporate meetings, presentations, conferencing, product launches and more. DDR pricing is £90. Capacities quoted are the maximum capacity for both rooms together.

The spacious Foyer is ideal for events in central London for a large influx of delegates, exhibitions or as a catering space for events in Congress Hall. It can also be booked separately for receptions. When booking Congress Hall, the foyer space is included. Located on the Lower Ground Floor alongside Congress Hall, the Foyer features a dedicated reception area and 103" plasma screen, cloakroom, toilet facilities, and natural daylight. Large windows flood the foyer with natural light. The foyer can also be decorated with vinyl wrap and extensive signage to display your brand to guests.

Invision Suite 4 makes up one of four hi-tech meeting rooms in our Central London venue. This smaller space is ideal for corporate events like meetings, small conferences, presentations, AGMs and private events. Complete with built-in front projection, extensive AV and lighting facilities, full black-out facilities and air conditioning, making it great for presenting. Alongside 3 other suites, they can be hired individually or in conjunction with each other. When hired alongside a larger space, Invision Suite 4 makes a fantastic breakout or networking area for delegates. DDR pricing is £90.

The original 1950s wood-panelling in the Meeting Rooms creates a unique and striking backdrop for film and photo shoots in our ideal central London location. Located on the 5th floor, the Meeting Rooms can be hired individually or opened up to create a larger space depending on your needs. The Meetings Room benefit from natural daylight and has full black-out options, perfect if you need full control over lighting. If you're looking for an experienced, central London film location near London's West End for your next film or photo shoot, Congress Centre is an excellent choice.

An experienced and unique 1950s filming location in central London. From a 430sq ft timber sprung floor, modernist lifts with brass fittings, to the fully glazed ceiling. It enjoys one of London's last few remaining floating staircases and original wood panelling. The space-frame ceiling allows for extensive natural daylight without causing a glare on the camera, and can be fully blacked-out with comprehensive lighting control if required. Congress Hall has been a popular choice for a filming location in the past, even the private underground car park has made a popular choice for production!
