Invision Suite 4 is a hi-tech meeting room ideal for meetings, small conferences, presentations, AGMs and private events. DDR pricing is from £49-65pp.


A traditional and impressive backdrop for meetings and training sessions, the Council Chamber boasts high ceilings and original wood panelling. A majestic cherry-wood boardroom table can be set-up for 63 people, or removed to accommodate other seating plans. Meeting Rooms 1-4 are nearby and provide excellent breakout space. DDR is from £59-75 pp.


Invision Suite 1 is a contemporary hi-tech space which can be combined with Suite 2 to create a larger space or hired on its own for smaller events. It features the latest presentation and video-conferencing facilities, built-in rear projection and a touch-panel control system to operate AV, lighting and black-out. It is perfect for meetings, presentations, conferencing and more. DDR is priced from £49-65pp. Capacities quoted are the maximum capacity for both rooms together.


Impressive and versatile, air conditioned Congress Hall is the largest space at Congress Centre and is ideal for a wide range of events, from AGMs, meetings, conferences and exhibitions, to product launches, cocktail receptions, awards dinners, fashion shows and weddings. The hall benefits from natural light thanks to the stylish 1950s' space-frame ceiling (full blackout also available), along with a contemporary built-in stage set, timber-sprung floor and outstanding AV equipment, including giant plasma screens and HD projection. Excellent value is guaranteed due to very competitive pricing.


The Congress Suite is a newly created room on the same level as Congress Hall, accommodating up to 190 for a sit-down meal or 200 standing. The spacious room is an ideal blank canvas space with white walls and original 1950s' parquet flooring, which has been carefully restored to stunning effect. When booked with Congress Hall, the Congress Suite provides a perfect exhibition, catering or breakout area, or alternatively the space can be hired independently for smaller events. (If used for exhibitions, the room can take up to 14 3m x 2m stands).


These four wood-panelled meeting rooms can be hired individually or combined to create a larger space for your event. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest in size, while Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. This highly versatile space is perfect for meetings, conferences, receptions and private events. Alternatively, you can also use it for catering, exhibitions or breakout space for events hosted in the Council Chamber. The DDR ranges from £49-65 per person.


The Marble Hall is a versatile air conditioned space with high ceilings overlooking the famous floodlit Epstein statue in the building's central courtyard. Ideal for cocktail receptions and launches, the Hall benefits from an abundance of natural light.


Invision is a self-contained hi-tech suite of four meeting rooms. All rooms are air conditioned and benefit from natural daylight, along with attractive polished wood detailing and contemporary lighting. The suite has its own toilet facilities and a dedicated reception area with LCD screen for branding. Invision 3 is the smallest room in the suite and is ideal for meetings and small training sessions, or for use as a breakout area.


The spacious Foyer is ideal for receiving a large influx of delegates or for use as exhibition or catering space for events taking place in Congress Hall. It can also be booked separately for receptions. The Foyer features a dedicated reception area with 103" plasma screen for branding, a cloakroom, ample toilet facilities and some natural daylight. A sweeping staircase connects it to the Marble Hall upstairs.
