The Main Meeting House is our largest and most flexible meeting space. Conveniently located on the ground floor. Adjacent to our main Atrium where refreshments and lunch can be served. Organisers can also utilise the additional space outside the meeting room for delegate registration or exhibition stands.


The George Fox room is a large sized meeting space offering flexible layouts. located in our fully accessible lower lobby area, where refreshments and lunch can be served.


The William Penn room is a large sized meeting space offering flexible layouts. Located in our fully accessible lower lobby where refreshments and lunch can be served.


A medium sized meeting space offering flexible layouts. Located in our fully accessible lower lobby area, where refreshments and lunch can also be served.


The Margaret Fell room is a smaller sized meeting room located in our fully accessible lower lobby.


The Southall room is a smaller sized meeting room located on our first floor. Delegates can enjoy there refreshments and lunch on our outside terrace area.


The Sturge room is a medium sized meeting space offering flexible layouts. Located on the first floor of the building with its own private area for refreshments and lunch.


The Lloyd room is a medium sized meeting room located on our ground floor. It is fully accessible and offers a range is different layouts. Adjacent to our main Atrium area, where refreshments and lunch can be served.


The Reading room is a medium sized meeting space located on our first floor. This area is fully accessible and has its own lobby for refreshments and lunch to be served.
