Whole Venue at Kent House Knightsbridge

Exclusive venue hire is £4,500 + VAT, which is a dry hire fee covering only the building use. This does not include catering, DJ, lighting, or any other services. For weddings requiring stand-up format, the 10-hour dry hire is £14,500 + VAT.

Kent House Knightsbridge operates on exclusive hire only - you cannot hire separate rooms within the venue. The entire venue must be booked for your event, ensuring complete privacy for your celebration.

The venue does not offer internal catering for private dining events. They recommend approved catering partners including Hibiscus Food and Melanie's Catering, or you can bring your own caterer. Approved suppliers include London's leading caterers as well as Asian and Kosher options.

The venue offers multiple spaces including the Rutland Room (ideal for 30 people), the Marble Hall, North Sanctuary, and the Library. The Rutland Room can accommodate theatre-style seating and includes in-house AV equipment and lectern. The Marble Hall is available for drinks receptions while other rooms are turned around.

For corporate events, venue hire at £1,250 includes AV equipment, tea & coffee, and light refreshments. The exclusive hire fee of £4,500 + VAT covers building use only and does not include staffing, catering, entertainment, or additional services.

The venue has in-house AV equipment including screens, projectors, PA system, microphones, and lecterns. The Rutland Room specifically includes AV capabilities and can accommodate presentations with theatre-style seating for up to 30 people.

The venue does not operate cash bars. All alcohol service must be arranged through your chosen catering partner or as part of a drinks package included in your event planning.

Standard exclusive hire runs from 6pm to 11pm. For filming or smaller events, access can be arranged from 1pm to 5pm for £250. Corporate day events typically run with full-day access, and extensions beyond standard hours are available upon request.

While no specific minimum guest numbers are stated, the venue is designed for events ranging from intimate affairs for 30 people up to larger celebrations. The exclusive hire model means you're paying for the entire venue regardless of guest count.

A fully refundable damage deposit of £1,000 is required. Payment can be made via card through provided Stripe links, and booking forms must be signed to confirm reservations. Specific payment timelines should be confirmed when booking.
