The Muse is a stylish private dining room just moments from Sloane Square and Knightsbridge tube stations. With a laid-back, New York aesthetic that combines the bohemian with the effortlessly chic, it is the ideal spot for a birthday celebration, a dinner with friends or family or a celebratory meal with colleagues.

Frequently asked questions

The Muse private dining room costs £700-£800 room hire plus £1,600-£1,900 minimum food and beverage spend, both including VAT. Il Pampero restaurant offers semi-private dining with £1,000-£1,100 minimum spend and complimentary room hire. All bookings incur a 13.5% service charge on top of the minimum spend.

The Muse accommodates up to 22 guests in boardroom setup for private dining. Il Pampero can seat 20 guests in one long table arrangement for semi-private dining. The Garden Terrace seats maximum 15 guests in T-shape setup, though they mention being able to squeeze in one more person for 16 total.

For groups up to 15, The Garden Terrace offers T-shape seating. Groups of 20 can use Il Pampero with one long table or The Muse in boardroom style. For 30 guests, Il Pampero offers exclusive hire with different sized tables of 6, 5, and 4 people, with a built-in bar dividing arrival drinks and dining areas.

You can only bring your own cake, which incurs a £100 fee. All other food arrangements including canapés must come through The Hari's kitchen. Pre-orders are required from all guests for restaurant dining, and beverages are charged on consumption throughout the event.

Private dining events typically run from 17:00/18:00 to 22:30/23:30. Some daytime events are available, such as afternoon tea from 12:00-16:00 or business meetings from 14:00-18:00. The venue appears flexible with timing based on the specific space and event type.

The venue requires pre-orders for all food items and guests. Beverages are charged on consumption during the event, and the venue will notify you when the minimum spend is reached. Space holds are released if no response is received by specified deadlines, typically within a few days of the initial quote.

The Muse room hire includes AV equipment, tea/coffee station, and still/sparkling water for meeting formats. Il Pampero offers complimentary room hire for semi-private dining. The Garden Terrace room hire includes the private outdoor space with retractable glass roof, living ivy walls, and heaters.

DJs are only permitted at The Garden Terrace as it's a fully private venue. Other dining spaces like The Muse and Il Pampero do not allow external DJs. For larger events requiring entertainment, you would need to book The Hari Bar exclusively, which costs £3,000 room hire plus £7,600-£10,200 minimum spend.

Il Pampero provides semi-private dining within the restaurant with complimentary room hire but higher minimum spends. The Snug is semi-private within The Hari Bar area, suitable for smaller groups with complimentary room hire.
