This space can fit 1800 guests while set up in theatre style and 2000 guests when arranged in a standing reception.

The East Quarter on Level Three is our largest purpose-built event space and is perfect for large scale conferences, exhibitions and dining events. The double height main space offers the perfect footprint for your event as well as stunning views of the stadium from the entire level. Depending on your event, the room layout is totally flexible to suit your needs. Troxy is always hired on an exclusive basis. With just one event per day, and a late license with no noise restrictions, the venue is more versatile than most. The Grand Hall is the centre piece to Troxy, with a flat ground floor and fixed theatre seating in the circle. The Grade II listed Art Deco space has 14m high ceilings and is pillar free, offering an incredibly memorable setting for large meetings, conferences, award shows, Christmas parties, screenings and experiential events. The venue is available for wet or dry hire, providing flexibility for external catering.
Situated on the 3rd floor, this long, arched room with large floor to ceiling windows wraps around the north-east exterior facing façade of the Stadium. Perfect for a drinks reception, guests move and mingle freely within the space.

The Wilberforce Room is a flexible, multi-purpose space that can host events for up to 273 guests theatre style, 240 for dinner or 350 standing. Perfect for a variety of different events, from conferences to dinners and parties, the Wilberforce Room has all of the unique charm of a 19th century warehouse, whilst being brought up to date with a state of the art audio-visual system. There is direct access to the adjacent Quayside Room which provides the perfect breakout space.
