The venue operates on a Day Delegate Rate system at £55-£70 per person including VAT, with minimum numbers typically 150-300 delegates depending on the event. For drinks receptions, packages start at £35 per person for 3 hours including beer, house wine, and soft drinks, with additional hours at £10 per person and spirit upgrades available for an extra £10 per person.

The Galleon Suite can accommodate up to 700+ delegates for dining events, with the space being 719 square meters and completely pillar-free. For cabaret-style dining, the venue can seat up to 500 delegates, while the space can be configured for various dining layouts including banquet seating and reception-style events.

Standard dining packages include 3-course hot buffet lunch, unlimited servings of tea, coffee, water and refreshments with healthy options, unlimited still and sparkling mineral water, and healthy juices available throughout the day. External catering is permitted, and the venue can accommodate specific dietary requirements and themed dining experiences.

Standard dining events run from 09:00-17:30, with early access available from 07:00-08:00 for setup. Evening events can extend later with additional arrangements, and the venue allows for 3-hour setup periods the evening prior for larger events requiring AV testing and decoration setup.

The venue includes LCD projector and screen (HDMI compatible laptop required), built-in AV system, basic stage and lighting setup, flipchart, and PA system. For gala dinners and award ceremonies, additional staging, uplighters, microphones, and confidence monitors can be arranged at additional cost.

Syndicate room hire costs £1,200 including VAT if additional breakout space is required. Commission of 10% is offered on gross for both accommodation and food & beverage. All rates quoted are inclusive of VAT, and there are no hidden mandatory service charges mentioned in the standard packages.

Space is typically held on a provisional basis with decision dates ranging from a few weeks to several months depending on the event date. Bookings are automatically released for general sales once decision dates expire, and confirmation is required within the stipulated timeframe to secure the space.
