Can we bring our own caterer for our wedding reception?

The venue prefers all catering to be provided by their in-house team, Blue Strawberry. If you wish to bring an outside caterer, there is a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee required, which may not be cost-effective for smaller events.

Is the Dining Room accessible for guests with mobility requirements?

Yes, the Dining Room has step-free access via a lift from street level that takes you directly to the space. There are also accessible toilets available for guests who need them.

What security arrangements are provided for wedding events?

Security will be provided on the night of your event. The venue team will brief security staff to ensure guests are properly directed to your event space, and signage can be arranged to help guide attendees.

Can we host our wedding if there are other events happening simultaneously?

Yes, the venue can accommodate multiple events on the same evening. For example, they may host large events with 200+ guests in the Great Room and Bar while your wedding takes place in the Dining Room, which is positioned away from other spaces to minimize noise interference.

What are the typical event timings and end times for weddings?

Wedding events typically run until around 9pm for smaller gatherings, though the venue can accommodate events running later. Other concurrent events may run from 6pm to 11:30pm, so timing coordination is managed by the venue team.
