Horizon 22 Events

Venue hire rates vary by date, with June 2025 quoted at approximately £20,000+VAT. There is a minimum food and beverage spend of £30,000 for most events. Wedding packages start from £188+VAT per person for seated dinners with a minimum of 250 guests, totaling £47,000+VAT for the complete package including venue hire, catering, and services.

Horizon 22 Events operates exclusively in the evenings from 7pm-3am, with venue hire typically from 6:30pm-1am. No daytime access is available as there is a Public Viewing Gallery in operation during the day. Late night access beyond 1am is available at £1,800+VAT per hour.

The venue accommodates up to 300 guests for seated dinners and up to 500 guests for standing receptions. Wedding packages are typically quoted with minimums of 175-250 guests depending on the specific package selected.

Catering is provided exclusively by Searcys with hyper-seasonal fine dining menus starting at £80+VAT per guest. Three-course meals are priced at £92.40 per person, with pre-dinner canapes at £24 per person. Drinks packages include beer, wine and soft drinks at £40+VAT per guest, with champagne reception options at £42 per person for 60 minutes.

The venue includes a 4K 4.4x6.6m LED wall, L-Acoustics sound system, high-level truss mounted lighting, microphones for speeches, audio console, and dedicated AV technician. LED digital signage is available at street level and Level 1 screens. The base AV package is included in most wedding packages, with additional technical requirements available through suppliers.

Event ancillary costs including furniture, linens, glassware, serviceware, welcome host team, ticketed cloakroom, cleaning, event staff and security are typically £8,797-£11,756+VAT. These services are included in most wedding packages but may be itemized separately depending on your specific requirements.

External suppliers are permitted, including entertainment suppliers for DJs and bands. The venue can accommodate external AV teams and has lift access suitable for transporting equipment. All external suppliers must be coordinated with the venue team, and catering is provided exclusively by Searcys.
