How do I book a meeting room and what payment terms apply?
Meeting room bookings are made via the Knotel app at https://app.knotel.com/ where you can choose suitable day and time slots and view availability. For events requiring contracts, 50% payment is due on signing and the final 50% must be paid 30 days before the event.
What catering options are available and who provides them?
All catering is provided by Blue Strawberry, the in-house catering team. They offer meeting room packages and can provide breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee, and other refreshments. All catering must be pre-ordered and settled before the event as this covers staffing costs.
Can I bring my own external caterer for meetings?
External catering is discouraged and requires a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee plus VAT. The venue prefers all catering to be provided by their in-house team Blue Strawberry.

Are there any restrictions on meeting times or days of the week?
Meeting rooms can be booked through the app system which shows real-time availability. Events can run until late evening - one example shows events finishing around 9pm, with other events in the building running until 11:30pm.
What happens if there are multiple events in the building simultaneously?
The venue can accommodate multiple events simultaneously with proper coordination. They provide signage and guest check-in services to direct attendees to the correct spaces, and meeting rooms like the Dining Room are positioned away from other event spaces to minimize noise interference.
