Frequently asked questions

Minimum food and beverage spend varies by day: Tuesday £5,000 +VAT, Wednesday £7,500 +VAT, Thursday £10,000 +VAT, and Saturday £12,500 +VAT. All minimum spends are subject to 12.5% service charge in addition to VAT.

Dear Grace offers bowls, canapes, and bowl food items but cannot provide seated dinners for large groups. For events with 300 guests, packages include 4 canapes and 3 bowl food items per person, with buffet breakfast options available for morning events.

The venue has an in-house sound system with DJ connector and can arrange DJ services for £500 +VAT. There's an on-site photobooth available for £20 +VAT with unlimited branded printouts, and microphone facilities are available for speeches.

The venue can accommodate standing receptions for up to 400 guests. For film and photo shoots, the space offers both indoor and outdoor areas with abundant natural daylight, making it suitable for various creative projects.

Unlimited drinks packages are available for 4 hours including beers, house wines, single spirits and soft drinks. Welcome drinks such as summer cocktails can be arranged, and cocktail options are available for events.

Based on the venue's minimum spend requirements, external catering appears to be restricted as events must meet food and beverage minimums through the venue. The venue provides its own catering services including bowl food, canapes, and buffet options.

Dear Grace does not have dedicated venue parking. Guests are welcome to park on nearby roads around the venue located at 4 O'Meara Street, London, SE1 1TE.

The venue allows decoration capabilities, and clients can bring their own photobooth equipment. For entertainment, the venue can arrange DJ services or clients can use the in-house sound system with DJ connector for their own entertainment.

Events typically run various hours depending on type - morning events from 08:00-10:00, afternoon events 13:00-17:00, and evening events 18:00-23:00 or until midnight. The venue offers flexibility for all-day hire from 08:30-22:30 for larger events.
