The Fireworks Factory is our largest space with a remarkable 1502m2 of flat floor space, offering complete freedom to configure your layout on the long or short axis, or even in the round - accommodating up to 1800 guests standing.

The room can include use of the bar and outdoor courtyard that run parallel, making it perfect for award ceremonies, conferences, networking events, product launches, galas, balls, expos, exhibitions, and large weddings.

The venue has hosted an international tech conference, video gaming and runway events and a contemporary art fair, so the options are endless!




Frequently asked questions

The Fireworks Factory (Events space) costs £15,620 + VAT for a full day hire from 08:00-23:00. This includes an Event Manager, Duty Manager, Technician for in-house equipment, and basic fire marshalling staffing. The space offers 1502m2 of flat floor space and can accommodate up to 1800 standing guests.

Vehicle access is only permitted on-site between 8am-11pm. If you need additional time for setup or de-rig the day before or after your event, you must arrange this in advance with the venue. Standard hire periods run from 08:00-23:00.

Security/Host staff cost £35 per hour with a minimum 5-hour call per staff member (minimum 10 hours total for 2 staff). Additional technicians beyond the included support cost £310 + VAT per day. All additional staffing, technical support, and catering will incur extra fees beyond the base hire cost.

You can use your own caterer, but there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the venue's system, plus a 10% charge on their final invoice. Alternatively, the venue works with five handpicked caterers (Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events) or offers a simple internal catering menu.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. The space features a bespoke lighting system, comprehensive audio system, and dedicated control room. Additional technical resources beyond the included setup will incur extra fees, and for requirements beyond in-house capabilities, they recommend external AV team White Light.

In-house furniture is included with the hire, subject to availability. The space has seating banks available. For items not available on-site, such as large round cabaret tables, additional furniture hire will be required at extra cost (price to be confirmed based on requirements).
