With a large glass roof, this room has ample natural light. Located on the lower ground floor, this space is perfect for receptions, lunches, meetings or as a syndicate room. The room is bright and airy, making it a good space for an art showing or gallery. However, as this room has no blackout facilities it is not suitable for audio visual presentations but great for discussions or workshops that require daylight. The price listed is indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the event. This room can fit 250 people in theatre or reception style seating.
The Mezzanine offers a spectacular back drop for a seated dinner for up to 750 people in the Grade II listed part of the venue. Events to note are the BAFTAS and the Exhibition News Awards dinner
The double height Ballroom is 300 square metre space for up to 140 delegates in theatre style. With a modern yet elegant style and featuring complimentary Wi-Fi and a built-in screen and projector. The room can split into 3 separate spaces which allows separate meetings/ breakouts areas making this perfect setting for a conference.
With an industrial yet modern look, your guests will feel entirely at ease in our space, with capacity for 60 guests cabaret style, 100 guests theatre style and 200 guests standing reception style. Presentations are a breeze in our beautiful, well-lit theatre area with 4 microphones, 110" Screen with HDMI Connectivity and 50Mbs Wifi.
The Orangery and Courtyard is a magnificent space to host drinks receptions, dinners, parties, product launches etc and can hold up to 300 for a standing reception. The sun bathes the Orangery in daylight from sunrise to sunset through its glass vaulted ceiling and the Courtyard is a tranquil seemingly hidden spot in London`s West End with a beautiful upper and lower deck surrounded by an elegant living wall that can hold up to 140 people standing. Both the Orangery and Courtyard have a sound system and integrated dynamic lighting creating the perfect atmosphere no matter the occasion.
Events are our pride and joy - our personable, friendly and experienced approach to private and promoted parties has seen hundreds of successful events take place under our roof. Birthdays, welcome homes, club nights, live music promotions, product & brand launches, fashion shows, film locations, showcases, screenings, or just an old fashioned knees-up - we can handle a lot! We have secure storage with separate entrance if required; internal and external catering can be provided and our beautiful venue is licensed until late. The grand Elizabethan Library is clad in warm oak, located on the second floor with stunning views over St James's Park. The Library is the perfect space for Evening Drinks Receptions and Dinners providing a real "wow" factor for you and your guests. Seating up to 120 on round tables of 8 per table. Evening Hire only available for the Library.
