Frequently asked questions

The minimum spend varies by space and guest count. The Private Dining Area at COMO The Halkin requires £2,280 for 24 guests, £4,500 for 60 guests, or £2,000 for 30 guests depending on the event. The White Room requires £3,900 for 60 guests, £2,000 for 30 guests, or £4,000 for 40 guests. All minimum spends are inclusive of VAT on food and beverages but exclude the mandatory 12.5% service charge.

The Private Dining Area at COMO The Halkin accommodates up to 50 seated guests (maximum 65 standing). The White Room can seat up to 50 guests for dinner (maximum 65-70 standing for receptions). The Gridiron space accommodates up to 22 guests in each section for seated events.

Set dinner menus range from £75 per person (3-course) to £110 per person (5-course with terms and conditions). Canapé options are £30 per person for 5 pieces or £45 per person for 10 pieces. House wine starts at £42 per bottle, house champagne at £105 per bottle, and beer ranges from £9-10 per bottle.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. This is in addition to the minimum spend requirement and is not included in quoted menu prices. There are no additional room hire fees when minimum spends are met.

To secure any reservation, 100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract. Payment details and the contract are provided upon confirmation of your booking. Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days while awaiting confirmation.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies to all dining events regardless of the space or minimum spend amount.

External catering is not permitted due to health and safety regulations. All food and beverage must be provided by the venue's catering team. Dry hire options are not available for dining spaces as they operate on minimum spend requirements.

Music can be played through speakers by connecting your device, with a noise limit of up to 65 decibels in event spaces. Live music is welcome, but DJs are not permitted in the dining areas.

AV equipment is outsourced and costs £600 inclusive of VAT. This includes a 75-inch TV screen, setup, and transportation. Some spaces like the White Room include built-in plasma screens, while others require the external AV package.

The venue offers chocolate tasting masterclasses with William Curley for £35 per person. This includes guided tasting of nine classic couture chocolates, meeting William Curley, a complimentary chocolate gift bag, and lasts 60 minutes. Canapé and drinks receptions can be arranged during or after the masterclass.
