Venue hire fees vary significantly based on timing and dates, ranging from £8,250+VAT to £28,750+VAT for exclusive whole venue access. Mandatory additional costs include cleaning fee (£200+VAT), security at £25+VAT per person per hour (minimum 2 guards for setup/derig, 4 when live), and external supplier fee (£500+VAT if using non-approved vendors). December dates command premium pricing with reduced availability.

The venue accommodates up to 420 guests standing across both floors with exclusive hire. Ground floor gallery holds 300 standing, 100 dinner, or 120 theatre style, while the lower gallery accommodates 100 standing, 50 dinner, or 70 theatre style. The venue spans 6,000 sq ft over two floors and can operate independently for smaller events.

Standard access varies by event type and timing. Evening events typically receive back-of-house access from 15:00-19:00, front-of-house from 19:00-20:00, with live events 20:00-00:00 and derig until 01:00. Day events may start as early as 06:00 with access until 01:00. Later front-of-house access allows for more competitive pricing as the venue operates as a gallery during 10:00-19:00.

The venue operates as dry hire only - no catering is included in venue fees. All food and beverage must be arranged separately through external suppliers and will be charged directly by your chosen caterer. The venue provides a list of recommended F&B suppliers who can provide everything from canapés to luxury theatre dinners and custom cocktails.

Included AV equipment features a 16KW sound system with 26 speakers and 7 subs, wireless microphones, a 3x2m customisable LED screen in the lobby, and track lighting throughout. The venue has 3-phase power and rigging points available. Additional AV requirements can be arranged through recommended production suppliers for an extra fee.

The venue is closed for Christmas holidays (typically late December including 28th-29th December). December dates have extremely limited availability with only select dates remaining and operate on a pencil booking system with multiple holds. Popular dates require early booking, and all quotes are bespoke based on specific requirements and demand.

The venue offers significant customization options as a blank canvas space with floating walls and can be transformed for production-heavy events. You can arrange furniture, add branding, and modify the layout. However, any artwork removal may incur additional fees, and external supplier approval is required for non-recommended vendors at £500+VAT.

The venue uses a pencil booking system for popular dates, with multiple parties often holding the same date. Pricing varies significantly based on front-of-house access timing, with later access allowing for reduced rates from the £25,000+VAT rack rate.

The venue functions as a contemporary art gallery by day with revolving exhibitions, providing a unique backdrop for events. Features include full-length glass frontage with natural daylight, vaulted ceilings, a glass tasting room, viewing platform, and post-industrial architecture with premium finishes. The space can showcase art exhibitions or operate as a completely blank canvas.

Security is mandatory at £25+VAT per person per hour with minimum staffing requirements: 2 security guards during setup and derig periods, and 4 guards required when the event is live. These are non-negotiable requirements and must be factored into your total event budget alongside the venue hire fee.
