This space is located on the first floor and is our largest event space at 195m². The Elizabeth Room is a versatile, light and airy space perfect for daytime conferences for up to 105, suitable for exhibitions, exams, team building and presentations. The adjoining breakout area is ideal for registration and catering. The hire of this room includes fully integrated audio visual equipment, AV support, an event coordinator, Wi-Fi and blackout blinds. The Elizabeth Room costs £5,760 + VAT for a full day (08:00-17:00), which includes the room hire for up to 210 delegates in theatre style or 105 in cabaret style, 163" LED wall with sound system, stage, lectern with microphone, 4 microphones (lapel or roving), clicker, Wi-Fi, and dedicated AV technician for 9 hours. The adjoining foyer for catering and networking is included in this rate.

Catering minimum is 120 people for day delegate packages. The Classic Working Package costs £30.95 + VAT per person (arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, sandwich lunch, afternoon break), Networking Package is £40.95 + VAT per person (includes networking lunch with sharing boards and finger foods), and Deluxe Working Package is £50.95 + VAT per person (includes hot fork lunch with meat/fish and vegetarian options).

The Elizabeth Room can accommodate up to 210 delegates in theatre style, 150 in banqueting style, 120 in cabaret style, or 250 for reception style events. The space is 195m² and includes natural daylight with motorised blackout blinds available when needed.

Additional access before 7am or after 11pm costs £500 + VAT per hour (subject to availability). Extra AV services include: external AV fee £500 + VAT, additional microphones £45 + VAT each, flipchart with pads £25 + VAT, repetiteur plasma screens £160 + VAT each (2 available), and additional AV technician hours at £80 + VAT per hour.

No, external catering is not permitted on the premises. All catering must be provided by the in-house supplier Vacherin, and there are minimum spend requirements that vary by package and guest numbers.

The Elizabeth Room hire includes exclusive use of the first floor, which provides the main room plus the adjoining Elizabeth Foyer for catering and networking (accommodates up to 210 standing). Additional breakout rooms like Grosvenor and Alie Rooms can be added for £1,600 + VAT for both rooms, each accommodating up to 48 delegates in theatre style.

The venue typically holds spaces on first option for 5 working days while clients make decisions. If no response is received within this timeframe, bookings are released to other interested clients. For confirmed events, the venue requires responses by specific deadlines to maintain the booking.

Standard AV includes 163" LED wall, integrated sound system, stage with comfort monitor, lectern with gooseneck microphone, 4 microphones (lapel or roving), clicker, Wi-Fi, and dedicated AV technician for 9 hours. The room has 16 covered floor boxes with double electrical sockets and can support hybrid event packages for virtual attendees.

Setup and breakdown times must be included within your hired room times. If additional time is needed beyond the standard access hours (typically 08:00-17:00 for day events), this costs £500 + VAT per hour and is subject to availability. The venue can accommodate evening setup the day before events if required.

Weekend room hire rates are significantly higher than weekday rates. Weekend hire starts from £3,500 + VAT per day, compared to the standard weekday rate of £5,760 + VAT for the Elizabeth Room package, making weekday events considerably more cost-effective.
