Christmas party packages range from £115-£144 + VAT per person depending on the date. Friday 28th November costs £118 + VAT, Saturday 7th December includes unlimited drinks for £133 + VAT, Thursday 11th December costs £120 + VAT, Thursday 18th December costs £120 + VAT, Friday 19th December costs £118 + VAT, and Saturday 20th December costs £116 + VAT per person.

The package includes hot and cold canapé reception, exceptional three-course dinner, stunning themed atmosphere, entertainment show throughout the night, adrenaline-pumping dodgems, state-of-the-art light show with dance floor and DJ, live six-piece band, late night snacks, use of your table for the duration, free cloakroom facilities, free car parking, and dedicated black taxi rank. The New York themed events also include photo opportunities and interactive games.

Unlimited drinks wristbands are available for an additional £48 + VAT per person, including unlimited bottled beer, cider, house wine and soft drinks for the duration of the evening. Saturday 7th December automatically includes unlimited drinks in the base price of £133 + VAT per person.

The venue encourages guests to dress up with fancy dress permitted if tasteful and in keeping with the theme. Absolutely no jeans, trainers or sportswear are allowed, but black tie is welcome. The venue states that guests love getting dressed up as it adds to the special feeling of the night.

The venue can accommodate up to 2,000 for dinner, 4,000 for receptions and parties, 3,500 for theatre layout, and 5,000 for exhibitions. However, the venue cannot accommodate requests for 5,000 guests for standard events, and availability varies significantly by date with some events having limited ticket availability.

Evolution London does not host concerts, gigs, or live music events unless they are in conjunction with a corporate event. This restriction is due to premise licensing limitations. The venue focuses on corporate events, Christmas parties, and private celebrations rather than standalone music performances.

For events less than 4 weeks away, full payment is required within 10 days to fully secure the spaces. The venue requires confirmation of full name, contact number, email address, and company name and address before sending provisional booking confirmation. Availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Private venue hire starts at around £35,000 + VAT, which does not include furniture, catering, security, or other additional services. For larger events, venue hire can be £25,000 + VAT per event day and £22,000 + VAT per build/de-rig day, with mandatory additional costs for security, cleaning, and utilities.

Mandatory costs include site security (£1,144.80 + VAT per day), security manager (£371.70 + VAT for 8 hours), security officers (£274.50 + VAT for 8 hours each, minimum 9 officers for events under 1000 guests), event first aider (£302.10 + VAT for 9.5 hours), Parks Police coverage, and venue cleaning (£777-£1,823.20 + VAT depending on guest numbers). Electricity usage charges also apply.

The venue has limited availability with many dates already booked. Specific dates mentioned as unavailable include 5th and 12th October, 14th December, and Friday 8th December. The venue also has long tenancy events that can block availability for extended periods, such as July through 19th September bookings.
