The Forge is perfect for your conference or meeting for up to 220 people and features black out blinds, in built LCD screens and a purpose built reception desk in the rooms own welcome lounge. Select our day delegate package (DDR) or create your own conferencing or away day experience with our range of working lunch options. Catering can be served within the space or in one of our fabulous pitch view suites just a short 30 second walk away.

The Forge costs £6,000 ex VAT for a 9am-5pm hire. Day delegate packages start from £52 ex VAT per person (Bronze Medal) up to £103.20 ex VAT per person (Gold Medal), which include room hire, catering, and refreshments throughout the day. Additional breakout rooms like The Arnold Hills cost £3,500 ex VAT for 9am-5pm.

The Forge accommodates up to 220 people for conferences and meetings. It can be set up in theatre style, cabaret style with round tables, or other configurations. The space features blackout blinds and built-in LCD screens for presentations.

Basic AV setup through Eclipse (the venue's AV partner) costs £1,650 ex VAT for The Arnold Hills package. This typically includes screens, projectors, PA systems, and microphones. More complex setups with multiple rooms, stages, or specialized equipment incur additional charges that must be quoted separately.

Three main day delegate packages are offered: Bronze Medal (£52 ex VAT pp) includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning/afternoon breaks, and bowl food lunch; Gold Medal (£103.20 ex VAT pp) includes arrival tea/coffee with breakfast rolls, mid-morning refreshments, chef's fork buffet with two mains and sides, and afternoon treats. Evening packages for receptions start at £66 ex VAT per person including room hire, drinks, and bowl food.

Cloakroom attendants cost £1,080 for a full day (7am-5pm) when required. AV equipment is mandatory for most events and costs extra through Eclipse. Security and other operational staff may be required depending on event type and size, with costs quoted separately.

Standard hire periods run 9am-5pm, but earlier access from 7am-8am is available for setup. Build days can be arranged the day before events for £9,187.50 ex VAT (includes multiple rooms). The venue offers easy access for load-in and coaches.

Yes, additional breakout rooms are available: The Arnold Hills (£3,500 ex VAT for 9am-5pm), The Royal East (£1,750 ex VAT), and BM6 (£787.50 ex VAT). Discounts of 30-35% may apply when booking multiple rooms together. Each room requires separate AV setup if needed.

The venue is unavailable during West Ham United match days and major events like concerts (e.g., Iron Maiden pack-down dates mentioned). Events cannot be scheduled during these blackout periods. Standard operating hours accommodate most business events, with extended hours available for evening functions.

Minimum numbers are typically set at the contracted delegate count for catering packages. Payment terms and deposit requirements are established during the booking process. Charity discounts may be available for qualifying organizations.
