Mid-range options include 138-seat screens from £2,100 + VAT and 168-seat screens at Piccadilly. All prices are for basic screen hire only and don't include AV equipment, catering, or bar space.

Basic AV packages start at £800-850 + VAT and include cinema projector, sound system, 4 handheld mics, 1 lectern, 1 clicker, 1 technician, and HDMI laptop connection.
