Room hire rates vary by space, with Bond Street at £750 for evening events (reduced from £950) requiring a minimum catering spend of £900. The Park Lane ballroom hire is £3,000-£5,000 depending on the package. All rates include VAT, Wi-Fi, mineral water, flipchart, pads, pens, and plasma TV screen.

Wedding catering includes three-course festive party menus at £95 per person (minimum 120 people) with half bottle of house wine, half bottle of mineral water, Christmas novelties, and room hire included. Additional options include canape packages from £16-£28 per person, and various breakfast items ranging from £3.50-£22 per serving.

Drink packages include 1-hour service (house wine, beer, soft drinks) at £28 per person, or with spirits at £49 per person, and 2-hour packages at £89 per person. Individual pricing includes house wine at £32 per bottle (£10 per glass), sparkling wine at £28 per bottle (£9 per glass), champagne at £90 per bottle (£15 per glass), and beers at £6 per bottle, all plus 13.5% service charge.

To confirm bookings, signed contracts and payment must be received by 14:00 BST on specified deadlines (typically 7-14 days from quote). If confirmation is not received by the deadline, bookings are automatically released from the system. Provisional reservations are held for 7 days from quote date.

All meeting spaces include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, 85-inch TV with HDMI cable, built-in screens, and flipcharts. The Park Lane ballroom features a built-in stage, hearing loop, air conditioning, and dimmable lighting. Additional AV equipment like PA systems start from £750, microphones from £100, and AV technicians from £750.

Evening events typically have access from 18:30-19:00 until midnight. The venue allows 3-hour setup periods the evening prior for AV testing and setup arrangements. Early morning access from around 06:00 can be arranged for events requiring extensive preparation.

The venue allows external catering and alcohol suppliers, though this may affect pricing and arrangements. Clients should confirm external supplier policies during booking as the venue has in-house catering options available. The venue does not use WhatsApp for communication and prefers email, phone, or video calls for coordination.

Commission is paid at 10% on gross rates for bookings made through agents or third-party bookers. This applies to all venue hire and catering packages, with commission calculated on the total booking value before VAT.

The venue offers 13 meeting rooms total, with the Albert Hall available as an adjoining dining area to the Park Lane ballroom. Additional spaces include Green Park (up to 40 people theatre style), Bond Street (up to 90 people theatre style), and various smaller rooms for intimate ceremonies or breakout areas during larger celebrations.
