The Cubic Theatre features tiered seating for 80 guests, in a distinctive moquette designed especially for the space.
The adjoining Cubic Foyer provides the perfect space for guest registration, lunch and networking drinks. It can host up to 80 guests standing or can be hired on its own for meetings or workshops.
One of our technicians will be available for the first hour of your hire, however, should your event have more technical AV requirements, one of our technicians can be hired for the full duration of your event with prices depending on your requirements.

The hire includes 4 poseur tables ideal for guest comfort during refreshment breaks, a large screen in the Cubic Foyer for branding or promotional content, and all delegates receive complimentary entry into the Museum on the day of your event. Cloakroom facilities and WiFi access are also provided.
What are the operating hours and can events run outside standard times?
Standard hire is between 09:00-17:00 for £3,000 + VAT. Extra hours are available at £550 + VAT per hour, allowing for flexibility in scheduling your screening event beyond the standard daytime hours.
