Delegates have access to the delightful Rotunda Gardens and the Terrace Garden Room can be hired with the other Terrace Rooms (Terrace Gallery and Terrace Boardroom) to accommodate up to 170 people.

These rooms have seen BPP exams, cocktail making classes, VIP room at Brides and Exhibitor Lunch Awards at Surfaces. Plus the rooms can host 24-32 classroom and 32-40 cabaret.
The Jaques Room is perfect for all forms of meetings or networking events. With capacities of up to 60 delegates theater style, 36 cabaret and 28 boardroom style, combined with state of the art AV equipment, including wireless presentation system and a 7ft wide cinematic screen with HD projector, this is the ideal space for your next off-site meeting! Full (8 hours) and half day (4 hours) delegate rates available from £40pp + VAT including breakfast, lunch, unlimited tea & coffee, as well as unlimited Ping Pong. Meeting room only rates available also.
The Lower Sugar Room is often used as a reception area, the upper Sugar Room as the main meeting space. Both can be used as separate breakout spaces for larger events, or together as a more flowing event space for networking. The Sugar Rooms were where the sugar brewing used to be stored. There is plenty of natural daylight in these room through elegant feature Georgian windows that overlook the courtyard. The rooms can host up to 100 guests for a standing reception. There is solid oak flooring in both rooms and beautiful exposed wooden beams in the upper Sugar Room.

Situated on the ground floor of the Armoury House, The Ante Room is an extremely attractive and airy meeting room with huge windows looking out onto the stunning Artillery Garden. Ideal for meetings, conferences, receptions, lunches and dinners, when used in conjunction with the Queen's Room across the hallway, one becomes the meeting room when the other is used for receptions or refreshment breaks.
The Menier Meeting Room is the perfect room for meetings, interviews, and small corporate away days. Floor to ceiling windows allow an abundance of natural indirect light to suffuse this room, whilst providing excellent views of London's iconic City skyline from the Gherkin to Tate Modern and Southwark Cathedral at Borough Market. The Meeting room table seats up to 12 people, with a 75" TV Smart TV screen and video conferencing kit available for your use. Refreshments are provided by the onsite team. Communal kitchen available within the main office. Disabled access via the lift.
