The music led venue is already set up for any AV/ PA requirement but is also adaptable to be able to change the configuration to meet most event requirements.

Koko is a stunning venue for presentations, screenings, conferences and seminars of up to 300 seated theatre style. It can also host award dinners, product launches, company anniversaries and private events of up to 1000 people standing or 220 seated for dinner. I If the venue is set theatre style or banquet style, the client is responsible for the cost of all furniture hire, however the venue's in-house caterers and Hire Space are happy to quote and organise this. The Burdett Suite, adjacent to the Orangery, is ideal for grand-scale celebrations and flamboyant entertainment. Perfect for an Awards Ceremony with our built in spotlights or dinner dance with mesmerising LED lighting that is built into the design of the room through the walls and ceiling, the atmosphere in the Burdett Suite changes depending on the event. The space comes with a stage that can be configured to suit the event and is fully accessible via a portable lift if required. The space holds up to 204 for a seated Awards Ceremony with a stage or 400 for a standing reception.
Our largest space, Venue 1 can accommodate up to 450 people for a standing reception. It is ideal for dinner parties, awards ceremonies and conferences. It is a spacious venue with a dedicated entrance and licenced bar, an elevated stage, interchangeable black and white panels. It has been furnished with quality built-in audio-visual equipment and a central lighting rig that can be used to create the perfect atmosphere for your event.
The Soane Hall is the jewel in the crown of One Marylebone. Although full of character with mosaics and stained glass windows, the space remains flexible, allowing clients to enjoy it in it's natural artistry or transform it to fit their own unique vision. Soaring over 27 feet high, the space is impressive in size as well as beauty. The perfect space for all manor of events from exhibitions to conferences, Christmas parties to product launches.
