The View boasts beautiful views over the city, a large terrace for guests to enjoy on summer evenings and transformational facilities. The View is located on the sixth floor of our central London flagship building, which has been transformed into a modern, light and flexible space for all to enjoy.

The space can accommodate up to 300 guests for a drinks reception, or 180 on dinner rounds.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire for The View starts from £5,000+VAT for a 9am-5pm booking, with minimum catering spends ranging from £5,500-£7,000+VAT depending on the event. For evening events (6pm-10pm), room hire is £2,000+VAT with a £2,500+VAT minimum catering spend. Day delegate rates are available from £89+VAT per person with minimum numbers typically 100-150 guests.

The View can accommodate up to 300 guests in theatre style, 120 in cabaret style, 150 for dinner rounds, and 300 for standing receptions. The Conference Suite can be partitioned into two smaller areas of 150 guests each in theatre style. The space also includes The Park View for catering and networking, plus two breakout rooms (The Linder Boardroom and Newman Suite) with 50-person theatre capacity each.

The venue requires an 80% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining 20% due 6 weeks prior to the event when planning takes place. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at 20%.

Inclusive AV includes projector and screen (accessible via Clickshare), repeat screens, up to 4 wireless microphones (mixture of handheld and lapel), lectern, and PA system. An in-house 6m x 3m stage is available for hire at additional cost. All rooms use Clickshare facilities for wireless content sharing.

Standard day hire runs from 9am-5pm, with evening events typically 6pm-10pm or 6pm-midnight. Event organizer access is usually available from 8am for day events. Extended hours and earlier access can be arranged with additional costs.

Day delegate packages include arrival tea/coffee and pastries, mid-morning refreshments, lunch (sandwich/finger food or hot fork buffet), afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits, plus water throughout. Evening packages include champagne reception, three-course seasonal menu, half bottle house wine per person, and petit fours. Drinks receptions start from £17.50+VAT per person for one hour unlimited house wine, beer and soft drinks.

Nothing can be stuck on the walls in the event space, including blue tac or similar adhesives. Free-standing posters and banners are permitted. Flipcharts are available for hire at £25+VAT each if required for presentations or workshops.

Minimum numbers vary by package: Day delegate rates typically require 100-150 guests minimum, private dining packages require 50-70 guests minimum, and some evening packages require 80+ guests. The venue can accommodate smaller groups but minimum spend requirements still apply.

The View features a terrace with stunning views across Lincoln's Inn Fields and the London skyline, accessible from The Park View room. The terrace is particularly suitable for summer evening events and can be used for drinks receptions and networking.

The venue appears to have high demand with many dates showing as fully booked. Popular dates like June and September fill up quickly, and some enquiries for events with very short notice (such as same-week bookings) cannot be accommodated. Early booking is strongly recommended, particularly for peak seasons.
